– This is fantastic news for Omnia and our +300 customers and +1,100,000 daily users, says Jesper Alfonsson, CEO of Omnia. Being backed by Monterro will make it possible to invest further in both our top-ranked intranet product and the ambitious customers success program that comes with it.
– To start with, it will be pretty much business as usual for our present customers. But going forward, we expect to be able to deliver further value based on an improved product and new and enhanced services, says Jesper Alfonsson.
As Omnia now becomes an independent SaaS company with a strong complementary professional services offering, it can unlock its full potential and focus on further developing the platform, while accelerating growth across Europe and North America.
